This website is intended to provide information for people shopping our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website and registering on our database to receive e-mails from us.

Gun Supplies Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the content and prices on this site at any time and without notice.

Placing an order with us:

Each order placed for products through the site that we accept, results in a separate binding agreement between you and Gun Supplies Ltd for the supply of those products.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us.

We will take payment from you when we accept your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will refund your payment to the account it originated from, and advise you that the goods are no longer available.

An order is placed on our website by adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will then email you with confirmation that your order has been received.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any orders.

When you have completed your transaction our name, Gun Supplies Ltd will appear as the transaction reference on your credit card statement.

Lay-by is not available through the web site but may be offered in store.

Gun Supplies Ltd uses the Windcave Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for tens of thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

• Payments are processed in real-time.
• Windcave have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant data centre.
• Gun Supplies Ltd does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by Windcave .
• Windcave Payment Express Software is certified with over 500 banks globally.

For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.

Purchasing online with Q Card:

You can now use your Q Card to make online purchases at Gun Supplies Ltd and receive at least 3 months no payments and no interest (Payment Holiday) on your purchase.

On promotional days (as advertised from time to time) you could get an extended Payment Holiday period.

To use Q Card online simply enter your Q Card number, expiry date and CVV number on the credit card payment page. (Your CVV number is a 3 digit number displayed on the back of your Q Card).

Pricing:

All prices listed on www.gunsupplies.co.nz are subject to change without notice and by default are for New Zealand customers displayed and billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Shipping Details:

Ownership:

• When your order leaves our premises ownership passes to you.
• The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have left our premises.
• We deliver to New Zealand physical addresses ONLY.
• We cannot deliver to Post Office (PO) Box numbers.

Delivery:

• For Normal Size Courier Parcels we use Aramex & Toll
• North Island - please allow up to 3 working days, plus an extra 2-5 days for rural deliveries.
• South Island - please allow up to 4 working days plus an extra 2-5 days for rural deliveries.
• For Larger and Dangerous Goods items we use Toll
• North Island - please allow up to 4 working days plus an extra 3-7 days for rural deliveries.
• South Island - please allow up to 5 working days plus an extra 3-7 days for rural deliveries.
• Dangerous Goods Ammunition Class 1.4s - please allow up to 7 days as these goods are restricted freight.
• No rural deliveries for - Dangerous Goods Ammunition Class 1.4s
• For All Firearm Shipping we use: Aramex
• Using Aramex, all firearm(s) deliveries are sent via Dealer to Dealer nationwide.
  

Freight Charges:

• Freight charges are calculated during the checkout process.
• Ammunition, Safes, and Larger Items incur a higher freight cost than normal due to their size/weight and whether they are deemed Dangerous Goods.
• These items will always be shipped separately from other items.
• We ask that you purchase these items in a separate transaction from other goods to avoid incurring a higher freight charge for the smaller items.

Freight Responsibilities:

• By placing your order you are accepting that the above companies will be responsible for carrying your goods.
• It's important to note that for your protection we use signature required for most deliveries.
• The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have left our premises.
• If goods that are lost or damaged in transit, please contact the courier company within 5 business days with your tracking number.
• The courier will cover your loss in the event of non-delivery or damage either by reimbursing you or arranging for us to replace the goods.

Shipping Information Details:

• You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
• To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
• You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email, into the Courier website.
• If you can't be there to sign for the delivery, visit the couriers website and organise a drop off safe area at your home.

Exchange Policy:

We know that sometimes it is hard to always choose the perfect product whilst online and that is why we have an exchange Policy.

• Gun Supplies Ltd Online Store is happy to honor customers with an exchange of product within 10 days of purchase for any Gun Supplies Ltd goods.
• Any customer wishing for an exchange must complete the below steps.
• All courier costs associated with the return and the replacement of goods, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• The original shipping costs are not refundable, however if Gun Supplies have supplied the wrong or faulty goods, we will replace or reimburse you in full.
• Any customer wishing for an exchange must send back the purchased goods in their original and unused condition in the original packaging. Products cannot be returned if they have been engraved, modified, damaged, altered or sized.
• Any products that are returned that do not comply with original condition standards will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refund Policy:

• Gun Supplies Ltd does offer customers a refund within 3 days of purchase for any goods purchased.
• Gun Supplies Ltd has the right of refusal to refund in certain circumstances.
• Certain circumstances can mean failure to acquire a mail order form for a product when it's required.
• All refunds will incur a 15% re-stocking surcharge fee on the price of the item(s) being returned.
• Gun Supplies Ltd reserves the right to waver the fee in special circumstances.
• All courier costs associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
• The original shipping costs are not refundable.
• Customer wishing for a refund must return the goods in an unused condition and in the original packaging.
• Products cannot be returned for a refund if they have been engraved, modified, damaged, altered or sized.

Returns Procedure:

Step 1:

1. Please supply and send us an email to websales@gunsupplies.co.nz with the following information:
2. Your name.
3. Your customer order number or copy of invoice.
4. What you require from us, exchange or refund. (If exchange please specify what you require)
5. Reason for exchange or refund.
6. Returns sent to - Gun Supplies, 3 Ti Street, Victoria, Rotorua 3010, New Zealand.

Step 2:

1. Upon receiving the goods at Gun Supplies one of our team members will issue a direct exchange or refund.
2. If your exchange requires extra payment we will contact you.
3. Please allow up to 10 days for this exchange or refund to be processed.
4. Please note that lost or damaged in transit claims must be made to the courier company directly.

Warranty:

While the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis for Gun Supplies Ltd returns policy, we in fact go above and beyond the expectation of these two statutory laws.

We offer a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on all GBC branded products. All GBC branded products lifetime warranty is against faulty materials, components and workmanship. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

All other products supplied by Gun Supplies Ltd are vigorously tested to international standards. However, as with any products, there is always the possibility that a product may exhibit a fault, which is why we honour the extended International warranties provided by companies we represent.

Warranty Repairs:

If the product you have purchased has a manufacturing defect or has failed please contact us.

Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear or failure from careless or improper use.

If the returned product is under warranty, the repair and return to you will be at our expense.

If the product is out of warranty, and we are able to have the product repaired, we will offer you this service and advise the cost for your consideration.

Out of Stock items:

We work hard to ensure our stock level information is correct and we will not accept your order if we know your selected item is not available. However should we be unable for any reason, be unable to fill your order, you will be notified and your credit card refunded.

Gun Supplies Ltd owns all copyright and other intellectual property in this site. Everything on this site, unless otherwise stated, is copyright.

Gun Supplies Ltd welcomes the use of this site for personal use, non-commercial use, research or study - provided the user acknowledges all copyright and other notices contained in the content.
