About the Gun:

Made by a large variety of Italian gun-makers, the Bodeo became the service revolver of the Italian Army in 1891.

The revolver was designed in two distinct versions.

This revolver is a Type A enlisted model, with an octagonal-barreled version with a folding trigger.

The Bodeo Model 1889 is a solid-framed, six-shot revolver.

The barrel, the cylinder, the trigger components, the loading door, the ejection rod, the springs and the screws were made in steel.

While the frame, the backplate, and the ejection rod collar were made of iron.

Description:

The Bodeo Model 1889 Revolver is in average condition, shows signs of general wear and tear.

Seems fully functional, it's a great talking piece and would go well in anybody's collection.

After purchasing a Pistol, Restricted Weapon, Prohibited Firearm or Prohibited Magazine and or Pistol Carbine Conversion Kits you need to make an application for a Permit to Possess using form FRM 67A-RP or form FRM67A-PCCK for Pistol Carbine Conversion Kits as found on the Firearms Safety Authority Website.

This application must be taken down or sent to your local Arms Office, the approval of the permit is undertaken by them and they will issue the Permit to Possess. Upon the receipt of the permit, all copies must be send to Gun Supplies or brought with you when picking up from us. We will except PDF copies (not photos) send to us by email only.

When Gun Supplies receives the Permit to Possess, we will ship your purchase via Dealer to Dealer.

The local Arms Office will verify your firearms licence and details, they then will sign off & stamp the form and email us directly with the authorised form .

When Gun Supplies receives the signed & stamped Mail Order or Internet Sales Authorisation Form, we will ship your purchase to the address on the Mail Order Form.
