Rifle Information:

The Tula Kalashnikov AKS-74U 5.45X39 SMG FULL AUTO, known as “The Krink,” is a compact assault rifle.

This firearm gained widespread acceptance beyond the Russian military during the 1990s and early 2000s.

Serving as a patrol weapon for law enforcement and as specialized CQB/entry guns for various OMON and SOBR SWAT-type teams.

The nickname “Krink” or “Krinkov” originated in Afghanistan, where these rifles were highly valued as trophies captured from Spetsnaz or helicopter crews.

The AKS-74U is a selective-fire assault rifle chambered in 5.45x39mm, developed by the Soviet Union in the late 1970s as a successor to the AKM.

It features a laminated wood handguard with a plastic pistol grip, along with a side-folding metal stock.

Employing a gas-operated rotating bolt design, the AKS-74U ensures faster cycling rates and improved accuracy at longer distances.

However the purchase is held in your name by Gun Supplies and cannot be released until such time as all the correct documentation is received by us.

After purchasing a Pistol, Restricted Weapon, Prohibited Firearm or Prohibited Magazine and or Pistol Carbine Conversion Kits you need to make an application for a Permit to Possess using form FRM 67A-RP or form FRM67A-PCCK for Pistol Carbine Conversion Kits as found on the Firearms Safety Authority Website.

This application must be taken down or sent to your local Arms Office, the approval of the permit is undertaken by them and they will issue the Permit to Possess. Upon the receipt of the permit, all copies must be send to Gun Supplies or brought with you when picking up from us. We will except PDF copies (not photos) send to us by email only.

When Gun Supplies receives the Permit to Possess, we will ship your purchase via Dealer to Dealer.

Gun Supplies recommends that if you are unsure of the correct procedure when purchasing Restricted or Prohibited Firearms from us, you contact us by phone in the first instance or email to discuss the procedure.

Where a sale of an Arms Item or Ammunition is not able to be completed in person a mail order and internet sales form is required.

Upon the completion of the Mail Order or Internet Sales Form you must take this form or email to your local Arms Office.

The local Arms Office will verify your firearms licence and details, they then will sign off & stamp the form and email us directly with the authorised form .

When Gun Supplies receives the signed & stamped Mail Order or Internet Sales Authorisation Form, we will ship your purchase to the address on the Mail Order Form.

All Firearms are shipped Dealer to Dealer.
